The company produces and distributes the ACE One — a revolutionary solar-biomass hybrid energy system designed to replace traditional cooking and heating methods in underserved areas.



Job Overview

As a Field Sales Agent, your role will be to engage with local communities, promote the ACE One clean cooking stove, onboard customers to flexible finance plans, and provide after-sales service. This role is ideal for recent A’ Level graduates (S.6 vacists) or diploma holders who are self-driven and passionate about making an impact.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct stove demonstrations and educate households on sustainable fuels

  • Enroll customers into affordable payment plans

  • Collect and manage repayments

  • Offer basic maintenance and follow-up services

  • Use digital tools like ACE Connect to monitor stove usage

  • Represent ACE in your community and promote clean energy adoption


Minimum Requirements:

  • UACE (A’ Level) or diploma in a relevant field

  • Must be a native of the area applied for

  • Ability to speak and communicate in the local language

  • LC1 recommendation letter

  • Willingness to work flexible hours and travel locally

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
