Duties and Responsibilities
Financial Management: Overseeing all financial operations of the company, ensuring they align with established accounting principles and standards.
Reporting and Budgeting: Preparing accurate financial statements, reports, and budgets, providing insights that support the company’s financial planning and decision-making processes.
Compliance: Ensuring that all financial activities comply with regulatory requirements, including tax laws, and overseeing the preparation and submission of tax returns.
Financial Analysis: Conducting financial analyses to offer strategic financial guidance to senior management, helping to steer the company’s financial direction.
Qualifications and Experience
Degree in Accounting
Proficiency in Accounting Software
Payroll Management: Experience in handling payroll, including calculating salaries and deductions, and ensuring timely payment of employees.

Tax Knowledge: Knowledge of local tax laws and regulations, including the ability to handle tax filings, VAT, and other compliance-related tasks.
Accuracy in Financial Data: Precision in maintaining and reporting financial records, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify discrepancies, resolve financial issues, and provide actionable recommendations.
