Job Description
Responsible for monitoring and tracking all upcountry customer invoices
Handles all invoicing queries from customers
Reports to: Accounts Supervisor Receivables
Interacts with: Stores, Customers, Distributors
Duties and Responsibilities
Perform day-to-day reconciliation of all Route-sales accounts
Undertake all Accounting duties for all company Depots when required
Raise company sales invoices in line with company policies and procedures
Coordinate, monitor transaction accuracy in SAP vs. Field Assist application
Support the sales team in ensuring full compliance with the Efris system
Reconcile customer accounts in a timely manner
Perform other finance and administrative duties assigned by the Supervisor
Support the Treasurer Team in capturing all bank deposits in the Company Accounting software
Qualifications and Experience
Requirements:
Diploma in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration from a recognized institution
Minimum of 2 years’ related experience
Key competencies:
Accounting/Bookkeeping skills
Computer skills with working knowledge of MS Excel
Good numerical skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to lead by example and provide guidance to others (collaboration and leadership)
