Job Description
Our client, East Africa leading Security Solutions Company is seeking to recruit a Cash Service Manager for their Uganda Office.
The Successful candidate will oversee management of day-to-day operations and growth of business in the department of Cash in Transit. This involves the maintenance of good relations with existing clients, attraction of new clients, and establishment of internal controls to minimize risks of financial losses. The ideal Candidate Must have prior Experience in the Security sector overseeing operation in the Cash in Transit Department.
Duties and Responsibilities
Oversees operations in the department of cash in transit at all offices across the country.
Supervises all activities pertaining to workload allocation and deployment of staff within the Department.
Develop a 15% per annum growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction!
To drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
Oversees the management of information and records in the CIT department including correspondences from clients.
Establishes and ensures adherence to the best practices in safe custody of cash to protect the company from unnecessary financial losses.
Coaches and mentors’ staff in the Department to pass on important skills to them with an aim of improving performance in the department
Qualifications and Experience
Relevant bachelor’s degree
Must have over 10 years prior Experience in the Security sector overseeing operation in the Cash in Transit Department.
Strong decision-making capabilities

Above-average communication, collaboration, and delegation skills
Proven ability to develop and maintain financial plans.
Ability to motivate and lead people and hold employees accountable.
Strong working knowledge of operational procedures
