Job Description
Monitor appropriate product display in wholesale outlets is at eye contact level. Participate in sales promotion activities including trade fairs and sales campaigns. Any other duties that maybe assigned from time to time by the Outlet Sales Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities
Receive cash from customers or pay to vendor.
Enter the data for the day on the day of payment or receipts.
Re-verify of physical cash counting to ascertain the correctness of value and to verify whether the currency is genuine.
Cash Tallying with books on daily basis along with Outlet Sales Manager.
Making payment vouchers in books and SAP.
Keep cash received under safe custody.
Empirically update customer databases and submit on a weekly basis.
Monitor appropriate product display in wholesale outlets is at eye contact level.
Participate in sales promotion activities including trade fairs and sales campaigns.
Any other duties that maybe assigned from time to time by the Outlet Sales Manager.
Qualifications and Experience
Diploma in Commerce, Business Administration.
A bachelor’s degree related business courses is an added advantage.
2 years’ experience in similar role
Skills & Professional Attributes Required
Ability to work under minimum supervision in carrying out assignments to completion.
Effective Verbal and written communication.
Professional personal presentation.
Customer service orientation skills.
Considerable ability to adhere to prescribed routines and practices; and compose effective and accurate correspondence.
Dealing with non-routine matters, such as special projects, with minimum specific instructions. Decision making skills is required.
