Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Finance Professional with exceptional skills in financial management and a keen eye for detail. This position requires a minimum of 5-8 years of experience in high-level financial roles and an ability to navigate the complexities of financial operations in a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will lead the financial planning, budgeting, and strategic support necessary to drive the growth of our organization.
Duties and Responsibilities
Oversee the finance and accounting functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all regulations.
Deliver timely and precise financial reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
Conduct thorough budgeting and forecasting to guide strategic decisions.
Establish and maintain strict internal controls in alignment with group policies.
Develop comprehensive financial reports and present strategic recommendations to executive management.
Ensure adherence to local tax laws and all financial legal requirements.
Support the Country Manager with daily operational finance activities.
Enhance the finance team's effectiveness and manage the integration of new business ventures.
Strategically oversee financial aspects of business expansions and investments.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Certified as a CA or ACCA.
At least five years in a leadership role within financial management, preferably in a multinational setting.
Experience in commodity distribution or similar sectors is preferred.
Skills and Attributes
Advanced Excel and data presentation capabilities.
Leadership skills with a proven ability to inspire and manage teams.
Capable of working independently with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ready to commit to long hours when necessary to meet important deadlines.
Demonstrated track record of handling complex financial workflows.
