Duties and Responsibilities
Join Ripple Effect Uganda as the Finance and Administration Manager, a key leadership role where you'll lead on financial and administrative management. Be the go-to expert, providing crucial guidance and technical support on finance matters to the Country Director, and our Group and Uganda Boards. Your responsibilities will include overseeing and guiding finance and administration teams at both the national and project levels. Elevate your career and contribute to our impactful initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience
About you
As Finance and Administration Manager, you will have a proven track record in senior management and strategic thinking as well as being adept at staff management and experienced in project planning and budget management for impactful funding proposals. You will bring expertise in policy development, a clear understanding of statutory requirements, and proficiency in organization risk management and taxation. You will hold valuable experience in NGO financial management and grant financial management, including compliance procedures for restricted reserves.
Additionally, you will be an initiator and self-driven individual who thrives on taking the lead and recognized as a team leader, builder, and developer. You’re a strategic thinker with an unwavering eye for detail, coupled with a creative and innovative mindset that brings fresh perspectives to problem-solving.
